" ... Well I've been using shut-eye for about a week now and I must say - no matter how pumped I am at bed time, I still get a GREAT nites sleep. I started with 3 pills to make sure it didn't upset my system. I take 3 pills on a normal nite (feeling a little tired) and 4 pills if I've been working out and or am over stimulated. - as the saying goes "boom boom out go the lights" every time - great sleep, and no probs waking up.
