Gunter is one of the biggest and most complete bodybuilders that we've ever witness in the sport of professional bodybuilding. To fill out his massive and tall frame he really needs to consume an extraordinary amount of food!

Let's take a closer look at a typical day of eating with Gunter to help build his massive physique!

Meal 1 - 12 eggs whites, 4 yolks, 1 cup dry oatmeal, fruit

Meal 2 - 14oz of steak, 2 large potatoes, green vegetables

Meal 3 - 16oz of chicken breast, 3 cups brown rice, vegetables

Meal 4 - 14oz of lean fish, 2 large potatoes, green vegetables

Meal 5 - 90 grams of whey protein, sometimes cottage cheese

Cable Pushdown with Rope - 4 sets, 15-12 repetitions

Barbell Curls - 4 sets, 12-6 repetitions

Overhead EZ Bar Presses - 4 sets, 15-6 repetitions

Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 4 sets, 12-6 repetitions

Reverse Cable Press Down - 4 sets, 15-6 repetitions

EZ Grip Preacher Curls - 4 sets, 12-6 repetitions
