started at MuscleMag publications. The late Robert Kennedy helped her blossom into the fitness start that she has become which led to her acting.
To attain a sexy body like Victoria, you need to dedicate yourself to a complete lifestyle change including a balanced diet!
Meal 1 - 6 eggs whites with bowl of oatmeal seasoned with Stevia
Meal 2 - 4oz chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, green vegetables
Meal 3 - Whey protein shake, 3 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
Meal 4 - 4oz of lean white fish, 1 medium baked potato
Meal 5 - Whey protein shake, healthy fats
Victoria Pratt WORKOUT ROUTINE
Vicky has been known for really having an ideal fitness body that has be shown to grace many different magazine covers in her time. Her progression
in to acting and her physical roles have also required to maintain her fit look. She exercises daily through weight training mixed with cardio.
She has built a complete package yet her main areas of interest include her well built arms with the following program:
Standing Barbell Curls - 4 set of 12 reps
Seated Dumbbell Curls - 4 sets of 10 reps each arm
Machine Preacher Curls - 4 sets of 12 rep
Concentration Curls - 4 sets of 10 reps each arm
Reverse Barbell Curls - 4 sets of 15 reps
