Ronnie started out as a natural bodybuilder and built up his amazing physique through hardcore, compound basic body building that laid the foundation to what was to come. His diet always was clean, high protein and never swayed off to cheating.

Breakfast - Grits with cheese, 2 cups egg whites, 1 cup coffee

Lunch - 16 oz chicken breast, 1.5 cups of beans, 1.5 cups brown rice, cornbread

Supper - 16 oz chicken breast, 1 medium baked potato

Last Meal - 9 oz filet mignon, 5 oz chicken breast, 1 baked potato
