Trish Stratus DIET PLAN





Trish originally made her mark in the fitness world with her modeling days for MuscleMag International publications. She really rose in the ranks quite quickly and under the careful eye of the late Robert Kennedy, she graced many covers and really got herself established quickly.

To reach her drop dead gorgeous body that inspired millions was built with a true dedication to her dieting. Here's a sample day:

Meal 1 - 6 eggs whites plus oatmeal

Meal 2 - 3-4 plain rice cakes with 1 can of tuna

Meal 3 - 6oz chicken breast, green vegetables plus rice cakes

Meal 4 - 6oz chicken breast, green vegetables plus potatoes

Meal 5 - 6oz chicken breast, green vegetables plus rice cakes

Meal 6 - 8 egg whites with rice cakes


Trish Stratus WORKOUT ROUTINE





Trish has always been very athletics in her life growing up and becoming to top magazine fitness model really pushed her to new heights. It was however once she joined the WWE wrestling world that she truly transformed her body through more intense and regular training sessions in the gym.
