I will say this,all supplement companies lie to the public exagerating steroid like effects from there products (marketing 101) but one thing is for sure we need protein and calories for muscle building and this stuff tastes like nestle quik strawberry without out all the overload of fat and sugar found in 99% of other brands.I love it and i dont feel near as bloated as with other products,Great job Gaspari... " ... Really, the best protein drink I've had in years, and that includes muscle milk. Taste is fantastic, zero upset stomach or gas with myofusion. Is a great source for protein 2-3 times a day for me. Too soon to rate effects, but so far it's worth every penny. I am also starting with Novedex XT. "
