" ... I've always used these at my gym, the harness is really awesome to train the neck muscles. People always stare at my funny at the gym, but I don't care. I actually bought this harness from here a few months ago and use it at home now.. I hook up some plates to it and do it without people staring at me. Works like a charm.. "

" ... I've always wanted one of these.. picked it up here at fitflex and got some good results. Only tip I have is to be careful from the beginning as I went too heavy and kinda pulled something. After a few days rest got back at it with moderate weights and slow reps every other day and getting a nice thick traps neck area. "
