" ... Hi-Tech has some very strong supplements, the ones that I have used atleast. I would recmmend one other one with somatomax which is the dianabol. I am stacking them together and over the past 2 months only, I am buying new shirts beasuse I am getting huge, people accuse me of taking steroids! Anyways, these are serious supplements for those interested in serious results, not for beginners in any way either. "

" ... I was recommended to take this stuff for my sleeping issues while training/dieting for comptetition. With the exception of having difficulty breathing within 15 minutes of consuming, the overall effect on my mood was pretty cool. Slept like a rock and had very vivid and detailed dreams. Waking up was difficult but once I got my coffee, I was good to go. Not sure about its affect on fat loss or muscle retention. But for sleep, I give it 4 out of 5 stars (only cos I'm not sure about the difficulty breathing issue) "

After that light headed and a little upset on my stomach. I definately recommend starting out with a 1/3 of the dose and then going to 2/3's and then taking the whole thing. " ... Somatomax is excellent. I'm 47, semi train for sprint triathlons, had not been sleeping well. My workouts, though strenuous, are nothing like what I can do now. Last night I swam 3200 meters/64 laps/128 lengths/2 miles in 102 minutes, changed into cycling pants and did zone 3 and 4 intervals on the stationary bike for 45 minutes. I stopped because it was 9 PM and I needed to get home to take my Somatomax and go to sleep. This morning, absolutely no pain. Slept restfully.
On Mondays and Wednesdays I do boot camp, body pump and spin all in a row for three hours. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I do Spin, 30 minute abs and body pump, all in a row for 2.5 hours and on Fridays I now do 2 miles in the pool and will up it to an hour of intervals on the bike.

My workouts are more intense, more focus and increasing power. Within second week I have had alot more definition in my muscles, and recently went down one pants size, but not lost weight. I get up at 4 a.m. and have not increased my dose due to the equalibrium challenge in the morning. Also I went to 4 days on and 3 days off on the weekend. This has worked best for me. " ... i've been taking somatomax as sleeping aid. it's made my sleep very deep, vivid dreams, and yes, waking up feeling drowzy. i am still waking up way too early...would love to see a little more impact! the taste is horrible. but i've fond a way to make it bearable. make a smoothie out of it with lots of ice and a little babanna, helps tremendously with the taste. and yes, has helped with mood elevation. i would recommend it. "
