" ... Well another hoodia supplement you might say, sure. BUT, you have to remember different companies provide different quality of supplements. I find higher power to be very good in this sense, you really get your moneys worth and most of the time much more. The hoodia 500 is a great appetite suppressant which will help you lose weight because you eat less. Remember, you need to follow an exercise program and moderate diet plan to get the best results. Don't rely 100% on the pills, but use them to kick start your progress and keep it in gear. Good luck! "

" ... My girlfriend and I both use hoodia.. to lose weight. It's works.. my cravings for food are significantly reduced which is the key. I also add some cardiovascular training three times a week to my schedule and I "try" to eat good as much as I can. "
