" ... I'd suggest taking more than is suggested, so 5 rapid release tablets 30 minutes before training instead of the 3 they say to. That's what works best for me atleast, and I also take 2 before I go to bed instead of the 1 also. Everyone is differents, so start with what they say. But following my suggestion if you want to bump up the effects and results. "
