" ... I still don't know how people expect to make gains without some serious BCAA in their diets. Yes it's in protein shakes, but not enough and not as potent. Ever since I've started using bcaa pre and post workout, my gains have tripled, in all seriousness. The bcaa rapid release are the most potent ones that I have tried yet. "
