These things are excellent ive used ripped tabs in the past and saw good results but as far as lean muscle this was far supperior. another mysteryiously strong IDS product but im not complaining i just ordered my second box! "

ive never taken a diet pill, but have always been on and off protein powder.
some recommed these pills to me and im a bit scared to take them. any side effects?
im also looking to just lose about 10-15 pounds and build that into muscle, so i am combining protein powder aswell "
