Some people (including myself) even if you are on some kind of estrogen control you can get a rise in prolactin which will cause puffy nipples and lactation that may not go away if you stay on them. This does not happen to everyone but either have some prolactin control ready or be prepared to stop if your nipples react. Repeat, estrogen control alone will not prevent this if you are susceptible. "
