" ... Obviously no one wants to spend money on something that doesn't work, and if your like me, you don't like taking all these unnecessary supplements that probably do more harm than good. However, this stuff ACTUALLY does what it claims to do. I use it for post-workout nutrition, along with whey protein and some creatine. 2 scoops waximaize, 2 scoops whey, 1 tsp creatine monohydrate. I used to use dextrose, or honey, but when I switched to Waximaize, I have seen GREAT results. Fuller muscles, less bloating, and definitely better recovery. I highly recommend this over any dextrose or any of that CEL-TECH stuff thats just loaded with sugar, creatine, and MORE SUGAR. Use it for post-workout with your whey and creatine and it significantly improves the value of post-workout nutrition. "
