" ... This is by far the worst diet pill I have tried. I only thing it's done so far is suck all the energy out of me and make me feel like junk all day long. I can't see how this is working for anyone. It doesn't curb appetite, for the amount of caffeine supposedly in it I would think I would feel a little more energetic but feel lethargic. Beware of this supplement. "

I used rapid slim sx over the summer and had really great results, I did exercise as well a lot of swimming which burns about 500 calories an hr. but it took away my appetite until my body got used to it and I wasnt exercising as much. sometimes it gave me energy and sometimes it made me feel very lousy. but over all I would take it again now that is out of my system and would work for me again. everyone keep up your good work on working out it really pays off in the end and trying to watch what you eat.
