" ... I find the hardest part of any diet for me, my friends and most people in general would be that controlling your appetite is the ket. I could eat for hours at end, but that's not gonna help me, especially when I am trying to lose body fat. Well there are a few appetite suppresants out there, but my favorite pick is this one, satiety. It works very vfast and it an oral spray not a pill so it works so much faster. I highly recommend satiety for those in my shoes. "
