" ... Not too bad, I did have good resutls from satiety.. but I have had better. I would suggest this one for the first time hoodia users, beginners.. basically rookies. Hoodia WILL suppress your appetite.. so get ready for it. But that's what leads to the weight loss.. nice little system. "
