Works really well for me, every day so far over the past 9 weeks. I also get a nice energy push as well, about 15 minutes after a dosage. " ... I do not know how these pills affect weight loss but I can say that they do not make me jittery!! I take one with lunch everyday and I feel that I do maintain a decent level of energy throughout the day. I don't get the mid day sleepies and I have never felt the "crash" effect with these either. I began them for the antioxidant value but find that I am also not feeling as bloated after meals when I take them regularly. I often take it with a cup of coffe, proof of no jitters! lol. My only side effect has been the potential for heart burn after extended use but I suffer from acid reflux to begin with. "

It all depends on how hard you hit the gym best weight loss activities include all types of cardio like the treadmill just push yourself until you see results watch the callories and stay away from saturated fats not everybody loses weight at the same pace but dedication is the only factor that's going to get you any where note these pills will not make you lose weight if you do not work out unless your eating becomes poor which is not healthy if you can stray away from the fast foods and unhealthy snacks you will loose weight
