" ... I have been using LS7 for one month along with my workout routine. I go to the gym at least 4 times a week doing one hour of cardio every time and half an hour of lifting every other day. I have not lost any weight, however I notice a distinct difference in the way I look. My stomach has tightened and my arms have swollen up. I can tell I have lost a good amount of body fat, and replaced it with muscle. I seem to have more energy, less of an appetite, and be in a better mood all around. This is a great product to aid you in fat loss, but don't expect results without a regular workout routine. Great Product, and I just ordered more yesterday "
