" ... It's been about 3 weeks with iso mass gainer and I am very pleased with the results thus far. I am using the Strawberry Milk Shake flavor and it's top notch, even better when blended with some low-fat milk - much creamier and helps with a little bit extra caloris and proteins to help pack on even more size. " ... Brian, I'd take it post-workout, but if you're feeling crazy (and I do mean crazy), take it for both. This gainer is easily the worst tasting supplement after about 15 days, so if you're taking it twice a day you might not even have the stomach to finish this by the end. "

I got this supplement on sale at the GNC in the Mall of America and 10 lbs. for 65 bucks isn't a bad deal at all I never used a gainer in my life until this and the ingredients in it sounded real good with the Kre-Alkalyn and other creatine,protein,vitamin blends I think 8lbs into the bottle you almost wanna just throw it away all together because of the taste. I have had about a 5lb gain in mass but im as dense in muscle as ever stick with the label instructions and you probally will have good gains but in the long run. Caution to all who take this supplement
the taste is very gritty and makes you cringe as you try and down it as fast as you can and it is quite a bit of powder to take 3 massive scoops that dont break up easily in a shaker cup I highly recommend a electric blender and mix this one with fatfree chocolate milk "

" ... Actually, I thought the taste was all right (chocolate milk flavour), plus it's results that matter to me. And I made some pretty descent muscle gains. Just finished my second tub, and moved on to Muscle Juice (very sweet stuff). And Chongo, you're not suppose to put 3 scoops in ONE drink... It's one scoop per drink, 3 times during the course of a day. 4/5 I really like this one! "

Have had the strawberry which was actually pretty good and just started the chocolate, not quite as good but far from bad. If you find it chunky, get a better shaker, one with a screen and shake the hell out of it, will come out smooth. "

" ... The instructions on the bottle are to Mix 3 scoops Iso Mass with 16 ounces liquid(water or milk). Take 3 servings daily... It also says that a serving size is 3 scoops. So really you are Supposed to take 3 scoops a serving. However, the nutritionist at GNC recommended 1.5 scoops twice a day. "
