" ... I participate in figure (and previously fitness shows) so I use pretan scrub each and every time I do a show. It's is a must, otherwise when you apply the tan coating you will have blotches, or worse, the color will just peel or sweat off. Take care with these details, it can make all the world in differnce for presenation! "

You have to prepare your skin, exfoiliate the dead skin so that the new paint color will stick to the skin properly without any blotches, etc. Pretan Scrub is the best you can find, and I know as I've done over a dozen bodybuilding shows in my days. "
