" ... Fizz c vitamins are so much fun. It contains plenty of vitamin c ingredients along with an energy enhancer. It's great. I take it each morning to get my vitamin does, but I also get a great energy boost to fuel me untill mid afternoon where my coffee habit kicks into full gear! lol "
