" ... Kre-Alkalyn creatine is far supperior to creatine monohydrate or creatine ethyl ester, easy. I have tried all three for 6 months at a time for proper testing and trials for my own sake. Kre-Alkalyn is the clear winner. Best results, and more importantly, most permanent. "
