Latorya is an incredible Figure champion in the IFBB! She has won the Figure Olympia for two
years straight during 2015 and 2016 and is on a mission to reclaim this title in the year 2018!
She moved up the ranks in a relatively quick manner and has become a standard in the sport!
Latorya stays patient and works away each day to improve her overall figure. Diet is essential!
Tip 1 - Always consume enough protein to help re-build your muscle tissue

Started off in the bikini division, Latorya was told that her strong v-taper structure would be best suited
in the Figure class. And since then she's excelled in this area and has worked hard to perfect her physique!
Latorya is known for her overall balance, but especially for her incredible shoulder and leg development!

Lying Leg Curl - 15 repetitions of 4 working sets
Glute Pushup - 15 repetitions of 4 working sets
Weighted Hip Thrust - 15 repetitions of 4 working sets
Leg Abductor Machine - 15 repetitions of 4 working sets
Leg Adductor Machine - 15 repetitions of 4 working sets
