" ... Lean system 7 has been one of the key factors in my 24 pounds fat loss over the past 5 months. It has been a long and steady road, but I finally arrived. Remember girls/guys.. you need to eat right and do SOME exercise. You can have cheat meals (not cheat DAYS). Just don't lose your life in it.. but at the same time be reasonable.
