" ... Lean system 7 has been one of the key factors in my 24 pounds fat loss over the past 5 months. It has been a long and steady road, but I finally arrived. Remember girls/guys.. you need to eat right and do SOME exercise. You can have cheat meals (not cheat DAYS). Just don't lose your life in it.. but at the same time be reasonable. " ... This product has been around for 5 years.. maybe more if I am not mistaken. I used it back in 2003 for sure.. and had very good results. I could never find it again until now. So I will give it another go as I need some work on my weight! lol "
