Lee has always been a master of diet and training during his bodybuilding days, that is one reason why he has created his own top selling supplement line. He understands the importance of a balanced diet to help you gain muscle or lose fat.

Let's take a closer look at the general guidelines that Lee suggests to getting in to elite top physical shape!

Tip 1 - Eat high quality proteins and carbohydrates throughout the day. Keep your complex carbs earlier in the day and stick to a 1:1 ratio between protein and carbs.

Tip 2 - Stick with high quality foods over supplements. Real food is the best solution to triggering muscle growth and optimal metabolism.

Tip 3 - Never drastically reduce your caloric intake. The key instead to losing fat is to chose the actual foods you eat wisely. Remember, eat every 2-3 hours.

Tip 4 - The right macronutrients are what makes the difference. Choose your fats, carbs and proteins wisely.

Barbell Bench Press - 4 sets, 6-8 reps

Flat Dumbell Flyes - 3 sets, 6-8 reps

Inclined Barbell Press - 3 sets, 6-8 reps

Included Dumbell Flyes - 3 sets, 6-8 reps
