" ... Methyl ohn is a very good prohormone type supplement. I am not sure if it is still available or not, however I did experience last year. My buddy had some extra bottle to sell, so I grabbed them. The gains I made I still keep from 9 months ago now. Increase in muscle size, fullness and hardness. Strength gains are also great. Methyl OHN is very potent and should be follow up with a PCT. "
