" ... I really find energy patches very effective. Just stick one on in the morning, usually on my chest or shoulder and no one knows its there. It doesn't make any foul smells, peel off, etc. It's a strange feeling at first, but let me tell you, you do get energized. I can't say I rely on them or am addicted, but I do used them every other day or so when I do need that extra boost. I work 110+ hour weeks so I'll take whatever extra push I can get to do the best that I can. "
