He has been know to gain a tremendous amount of quality size in the last few years while all at the
same time keeping his waist tiny. Here's a look at the bulk plan Lionel suggests:
Meal 1 - Whole Wheat Pancakes, 5 Large with Natural Peanut Butter. 1 cup egg whites with steak. Fruit.
Meal 2 - 10 ounce Chicken Breast, Sweet Potato and Avocado.
Meal 3 - 10 ounce Steak, White Rice with Avocado.
Meal 4 - 10 ounce Steak, Gluten Free Pasta
Meal 5 - 10 ounce Tuna, Potato
Meal 6 - Whey Protein with Natural Peanut Butter

to side to front deltoid development which is extremely impressive. Here's his routine:
Seated Dumbbell Presses - 10 repetitions of 4 working sets
Bent-Over Cable Laterals - 8 repetitions of 3 working sets
Behind-The-Back One-Arm Cable Laterals - 8 repetitions of 3 working sets
Prone Incline Bench Front Raises - 8 repetitions of 3 working sets
Dumbbell Shrugs - 8 repetitions of 3 working sets
Machine Shrugs - 8 repetitions of 3 working sets
