" ... I supplement with magnesium citrate. I am not sure of what this brand offers, but I have seen it around and based on the ingredients seems to be even more potent than the one I currently use. Magnesium citrate has helped me to stay healthy and alert at my age, 58. I really appreciate it's effort. "
