" ... I find this protein shake just ok. The taste isn't very good and I haven't seen as much progress with this protein in my exercise program liek I have with more superior proteins. I'd rather take in myoplex or meso-tech shakes because I really do make visual and noticeable changes with those. Just my opinion. "
