" ... Here is my quick review of carb red by mega pro nutrition. I have tried many different diets and the only ones that really seem to work are the low carbs ones, for me. However I have a very hard time keeping my carbs low. So along comes carb red supplement, a life save. With carb red I can keep my carbs higher and just take the pill and the carbs are taken care of. It's a genious idea and one that really works. It's not really a cheat, rather an aid to dieting. "
