" ... I love these!! Seriously, one of the best tasting rtd out there, quick and easy meal on the go. I use 2-3 a day, since I am too busy to eat 5-6 solid meals each day. Really helps maintaining my muscle mass and keeping on track. I am using the Peanut Caramel Swirl flavor right now and damn is it good! "
