" ... Pretty amazing supplement, the bolic 3 optimizer. I have been on the bolic diet program for a few months now and even though the first stages were a little tough, the results have been phenomenal. It's pretty simple now, because I am used to the diet. The diet recommends their own supplement line, which I was ok with because I don't know what other companies throw in to their supplements. Sticking with the MD brand is safe. I added the bolic optimizer about 19 days ago and WOW, it works. For those of you new to this, I recommend you purchase the book first - bolic Diet. "
