" ... The bolic diet is what it's all about. Thermocell is a great natural addition to increase the weight loss, even though the diet on its own does a great job. I would suggest thermocell 35 to those that have been with the bolic diet for a few months and feel they have hit a plateau or need an extra boost. Great in my opinion. "
