I took anabolic switch for 2 months and let me tell you it is the best creatine on the market and i was only taking one serving post workout by doing it this way it takes longer to load in but its not overload on your body. After 3 weeks when it kicked in my weight starting going up around 5 pounds a week and my size gains as were getting better each week. After 2 months of taking half the recommended dosage i was 10 lbs of muscle heavier and my lifts went up 30 lbs, i got no water weight and didnt lose anything after going off of it, this prdouct is a miracle on the market because of its purity and company. I took anabolic switch for 2 months and man it was awesome definitely the best creatine on the market, i only took one serving after my workout i didnt do the one before. it took two weeks to kick in but the pumps were huge strength was up every workout and by the end of it my compound lifts had gone up 30lbs and i gained 8 lbs of lean mass with no water retention and the best part was that when i went off of it i kept all of it. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants permanent size and strength gains a two months cycle of this costs 85 bucks its just as expensive as cell tech and a hell of alot better. "
