Can not see why there would be anything bad to say about it, rather then that is an average dose of creatine, there are other with more in them. Hoping for the best "

" ... started taking ce2 hi-def and the no2 black stack 2 weeks ago and am seing impresive results. eventhough i havnt worked out f0r three months and its great. veins increased stamina also the pumps are amazing, just make sure u have a high intake of water and take the stack with food. also have a good multi vitamin. i recomend this to any one "

" ... no2 platinum is great i took it when it first came out. A year later i tried the black even though the platinum was good it was a night and day difference to the black. I got way bigger pumps, huge strength increases, easier to breath, and endurance and size shot up, try it u won't be dissapointed. "

" ... i have finished a bottle of 180 capulets and bought a small bottle of 90 capulets i notice my muscle stamina increased greatly from the first time i ahve worked out have been taking for about 2 months now and i have increased my streangth greatly i am stacking with no black powder because i was told it releases quicker than no2 black but i am going to shop around for the no2 try stacking ce2 high def with no black powder and no2 and see what happens "

" ... Well I have been using CE2 off and on since 2005, last year I went in for some blood and urine exams just to check on my health. I was told my exams showed high levels of creatine and was recommended to stop using any creatine supplements. I stopped taking it for several months, about a month away from going on vacation to the beach I wanted to get in even better shape, so I decided to take was was left of my CE2 high def. So the first day back on CE2 I was only going to take the doses and let them get absorbed into my body and would start training the next day. I took my morning dose and went to work, throughout the morning my armpits, scalp, back and stomach started getting itchy but thought it was the CE2 starting to work. After a eating a chicken sandwich for lunch, I decided to take the second dose of CE2 of the day. Bad idea, Ithe itch got even worse, I started getting blisters all over my body, especially were my clothes touched my body. By the time I got home the blisters were all over and could not stop scratching my scalp. I checked on the internet and found out that by taking normal allergy over the counter stuff the blisters should go away and they did. But at 3 AM I woke up itching all over again and even worse. I took some more regular allergy medicine, and it went away. After the allergy medicine stopped working it came back again, took some more, and it came back again until I noticed that now my face was getting swollen real bad. I rushed over to an emergency room and was given a shot of cortisone and pills to take for 1 week.
I sent MRI an email asking if this was a side effect from taking CE2 but after 2 weeks didn't get a response back, so I started looking for information online and found that I believe it was their netherlands MRI Performance site the label on the CE2 showed that side effects did include skin rashes. So I decided to call customer service and was transferred to a guy named David, I left him a VM and told him I need to speak with him about this and that my email was never responded. It's been 1 month since that VM and still haven't heard form that David guy, and it all seems fishy to me.
So be careful if you keep taking that stuff, I'm not taking anything besides whey protein and I'm able to lift just as much weight as I did while taking CE2.

" ... I just started taking CE2 High Def, and it works great so far. I have used the regular CE2 in th past, and to be honest, I was not all that impressed with the product. However, I was at GNC recently and the sales guy told me the high def was awesome. I was currently using CREADEX, which i think is a close number one to the CE2 High Def. I am about 30 days into taking the CE2 High Def. The product has definitely made my muscles look very dense and ripped, plus my six pack is very noticeable. I have increased strength, stamina and most importantly, my recovery is extremely quick. I am very excited to see where this product takes me over time. People keep telling me I look huge since switching to this product. In addition to the creatine, I take a multi vitamin and Pro Nos (Protein). "

" ... I was taking amplified 189 gnc brand pills for about 6 months and noticed on and off chest pain over the heart area . I went for a check up and found out my heart was enlarged and liver enzymes were elevated as well . After taking about 3 months off of any creatine I decided to buy CE2 HI - DEF...has anybody had any bad side affects to this product ? "

" ... I use to take MRI "NO" products back in 01-02 while stationed in Tokyo and it was good back then. Ive never taken creatine, i usually take either a gainer or just whey. I went to my local GNC and checked out the CE2 HIDEF and like i usually do, turn to the back of the bottle to read the ingredients. I liked what i saw so i decided to make that investment. Well, ive been on CE2 HIDEF for about 2 weeks and i gotta say, It's working for me. Im def more defined and strength is steadily going up.
As far as side effects or anything like that...havent had any but as with all supplements, every one reacts differently to it.
A def good investment!

" ... I think CE2HI DEF is a great product. Im 16 and a high school football player. in the off season i took it and my weight droped(coach didnt like that)but also my strength increased as well as my stamina. i think its a good product "

" ... I took N02 and Ce2 the original versions. I was amazed how well it worked for me. Strength, stamina, mass, and endurance were some of the increases i experienced. Its been about 5 years since i took it. I just bought the N02 black and the ce2 hi def. If these are an improvement to the old stuff i cant imagine what the results will be. "

" ... I have been taking MRI HI-Def From Feb 09 - current, and it works great! I have always hated cardio and was only able to run or jog maybe for 7 minutes and I was spent. Now with the HI-DEF I can run and jog on and off as long as I want without exhausting myself. The muscle recovery is awesome and the gains are great. I am a woman so I have some body fat, but when I started taking HI-DEF I noticed a huge difference in my muscles they were actually visable. I am now stacking with NO2 black powder which is unbelievable. I would highly recommend the stack. "
