" ... u can i have the book, its not a stimulant so if you workout at night just take the second serving a half hour before the meal prior to yuor workout. It takes about 3 weeks to fully kick in but your strength pumps and size are going to be crazy, just make sure you take the product on an empty stomach, and pop ce2 half hour b4 workout. And dont take protein within an hour and a hlf of taking each of these produtcs it will effect absorbtion. "
