I am almost finished with my Black Powder and I dont know if I should do no2 black again, that's how similar they are. The only thing I notice difference is the prolonged pump is slightly better with the no2 black. Overall 10/10 "

" ... craig, pro nos is better. nitro tech is just a bunch of junk mixed into a tub and they say it's all supposed to be synergistic with each other....yeah right. nitro tech uses low quality protein compared to this. pro nos has micro fractionated whey that gets rapidly absorbed so its best to take it post workout and use a slower digesting protein in between meals and at bedtime.
