" ... Ive tried it for about 3 weeks now, its good stuff so far. Ive had better than average workouts, and recovery time is cut about in half. So i'd say go for it if you're curious. I'm 6' 2" and went from 195lbs to 203 lbs in 3 weeks while losing some fat. Current stack is six star nitric oxide, pro-nos, and lipo 6x. Next stack will be a trial run of the Muscle Asylum Project line, i'll be back here with a review by the end of November! "

" ... i've been consuming pro-nos for 3 weeks, alongside it a hydroxycut hardcore. The first two weeks gave me nothing but gas and made me sleepy after 4 hours upon ingesting it. Upon the start of my 3rd week I started to notice that my muscles regenerate twice as fast and my core shows that i am losing fat.
I might consider another tub just to see what reactions i'll be having. "

I was told about pro nos at gnc and it had everything i was lookig for so i tried it. and to my surprise my results are the bomb (lol). i was 224 lbs and in just a little over 2 months im now 218 lbs and my belly has went down a lot so i've been told by alot of people. my muscle mass now makes me look like i weigh about 240 lbs. the only thing i don't agree with is the suggested use. it has 42 gms of protein per 2 scoops and the human body can on average hold about 30 gms depending apon your weight. i was told i can hold about 35 gms for my size so i take 1 scoop in the begining of my work out (21 gms), then another one after giving my body time to eat it up and not make me do #2 to get rid of the excess gms. makes scents don't it. over all for me this stuff works. if you do it my way you save money and won't use alot. im now on my second bottle in 2 months. do your research about protein annd how it works before you just take alot and then wonder why you has to sh**t (lol) so much. OHHHH. it taste great too. cookies and creams all the way, even in water its the bomb. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRO-NOS PROTEIN POWDER. HOPE THIS HELPS "

" ... Girl here.. I'm skinny with regular muscle tone. Trying to change body comp to get more toned, so I workout with light weights. I tried this after a workout and this was the only one with 100% whey. It felt like my muscles were being toned from the inside out. Only thing I was afraid about this product was that it had a very high sodium content compared to the others. I'm trying to keep weight off, and afraid the higher sodium content will cause me to gain. As far as that one time after my workout it was faaaabulous. I worked out hard, but drinking that afterwards made my muscles recover very quick. Five stars for taste and effectiveness. One star off for the higher than average sodium content (for those wanting to cut salt). "

" ... So I've been using pro-Nos for 16 days now. Gone through one tub and a half. I'm only 165lbs but I take the full 2 scoops twice a day. I just figure might as well do as it says for once. I always skimped out or never followed routines for protein. On off days I take it with a light breakfast then take it again few hours before bed since I usually do martial arts class on off gym days at night. I can't drink straight milk so I mix the powder with 10oz of water and 2oz of soymilk. Too much soymilk and its way too thick. All water taste way too bland. So perhaps Ben, you could try a 50% milk and water combo or try skim milk. Results to come =) "

" ... i had been wanting to try this product because of the good reviews, but the price was not too attractive. i recently purchased a tube in the cookies and cream flavor and was very impressed with results. i took the product pre workout and it seemed to have a thermogenic effect on me that made me sweat a good amount. i have used the product for a week now and have been having similar thermogenic results and also muscular size gains. great product. good recovery "
