" ... Agreed with the above reviews. I used to be using pro-nos (which is pretty awesome as well) but have switched to quick gainer for a chance and in 3 short weeks I am TOTALLY hooked! Strength and recovery is much improved and my lean mass has increased about 4 pounds. This might not seem like much to some, but this is lean muscle and for those that understand that will be impressed. Anyways, MRI is the brand of choice as far as I am concerned. "

I'm on a mass gaining phase now so I hope to gain about 15 pounds in 4 months and quick gainer seems to be helping that effort quite a bit. Strength is also up, but I am not 100% sure that quick gainer has anything to do with that. "

This stuff is buy one get one free at gnc and you can use your gold card discount so you ring out two fo these for 36 with gc and 45 without either excellent stiff and a 20 bucks a pop it beats anything, the sale is valid until the of june but definitely stock up cuz this stuff is usually expensive and now its dirt cheap. " ... Spenc is right, GNC has it on BOGO right now. just bought 4 (or two i guess) any way after reading alot about gainers "Quick Gainer" met all my requirements. I was looking for at least 50 grams of protein with only have that amount of of fat. Well Quick Gainer blew that our of the water with only 15 grams of fat. Add on the fact that is has a very low level of sugars at only 19 grams per serving and you are looking at a great mix. And with 50 grams of protein i was looking for double that in carbs and Quick Gainer comes really close at 93 grams. But like i said the fact that only 19 grams of those 93 carbs are sugars sold me. Alot of gainers out there pack in the sugar to give you a huge amount of calories, but i was looking to put on lean mass not fat mass LOL... Dont miss the sale at GNC great stuff at $45 but even better at $28 "
