" ... Well I decided to break away from optimum nutrition for a while and try something new, better perhaps. Well I am sure I found it in bolic whey shakes. Besided the far superio taste, which are award winning in my eyes, the shake contains bcaa's and glutamine. A great team for recovery and growth of muscle. I am glad I switched and will stick with mrm for some time. "
