The stuff works ok but i only used it once a day..twice a day is a little too much for me so i just make up the other 1,000 calories in other foods and supps. i started taking mass tech and weighed 165 and it took me up to about 169 in two weeks but after that it didnt do too much more except for strength gains..I now bench 275 deadlift 425 and squat 330 and before taking mass tech i never thought i'd get that strong so.. a lil expensive for what you get but worth it if you're really looking to pack on size "

I only use mass tech, and slowly am gaining added muscle size without fat, that is because I watch my diet, train with weights 4 times a week and do cardio 2 to 3 times a week for 30 minutes. "

" ... does anyone know if this supplement will cause acne? ive used other muscle tech products such as nitro tech. and i broke out in acne pretty bad, but i did notice nitro tech got me stronger, but had to stop cause the acne, which ended up not coming back after not taking it. by the way im 16 years old. so i dont know if that will have any effect on the acne. please help "

And as a highschool football player this stuff is great! in about 4 weeks of taking this supplement and lifting three times a week i gained a rock solid ten pounds of lean muscle.
