Hey Joe, I wouldn't stack them together. At best I'd stick with the same brand if you were to do so as they are formulate to work together. Mixing brands might cause problem, or even lessen the results as the ingredients might conflict.
If you're looking for a pre-workout boost, look at MuscleMeds enoxide product, supposedly it works well.

Cant say that it really did anything for me - started with 1 pill the first day then moved onto 2 pills a day continuously... just finished today - i lift 5 times a week and fat hasnt really gone down and only lost a couple pounds - cant say strength gains were improved either ... took the pill about 30 minutes prior to workout... I believe..that you should start slow just take one pill a day one hour before your work out and you should be fine.

yes.. u take just 1 pill the first day early morn... the second day u take the first early about 45min before workout then the second at noon not later some people have a hard time sleeping if u wait to long to take the second... good luck

Yes, women can use it. I haven't posted here before but I simply LOVE this product! I recommended it to one of my female friends and she got the results she wanted and beyond. She couldn't believe how much of a difference it made. I'll use it for a month (which is the supply you get in one box) and then take two weeks off so my body doesn't adapt to it too much, and I can tell you from experience that it works probably better than nearly anything out there...for me anyways. Everyones body will take this product differently but for me it is hands down one of the best I have used. My friend also swears by it.
