" ... I actually tried this celltech hardcore version because I was curious. I have used celltech the original for years and like most people love it because it gives results and tastes like koolaid! So after switching to hardcore for 3 months I can say that there is a difference, and the hardcore version is more effective. I actually progress about twice as fast as I usually do on regular celltech, so I will be switchign to hardcore and sticking to it until the next version comes out! Good job Muscletech, keep up the great work. "

" ... Good creatine, probably actually the best creatine supplement out there. I am one of the many millions to first use the original cell-tech and had great results. The hardcore version is a nice and effective addition to the lineup and I have officially switched over to the hardcore. I did hte same with the nitrotech line as well, hardcore just has a better kick and overall results are noticeably better. "

" ... this supplement is not for everyone. GNC totally fooled me...maybe its because cell tec is creatine monohydrate and does not do dramatic effects on gaining strength...i did get a little stronger but i also got a little fat. "

" ... This is the best supplement out there. People if you are getting fat, it is not because of cell tech. You need to change your diet and up your cardio. I am a MMA fighter, and this stuff gives me the extra strenght to pump out another set every time. I felt the difference in my 1st fight after using it for a week. Use it right and it works. DRINK WATER!! Lots of it. I usually drink about 1/2 a gallon a day. "

" ... Celltech Hardcore works great for me. I have always tried to gain weight without success (one of those skinny guys with a ridiculous bolism). I am 19 yrs old and was 5'10" 160 lbs when I started using this. After the first week I had gained 3 pounds and was much more toned. After the second week, I am up to 170 lbs and counting. I take it before I workout and I have much more endurance and can push myself much better. I hear this works great for skinny guys so I tried it and I've had great success. Try it, especially if you're a skinny guy and other products haven't worked.

" ... khaled forget about loseing weight (fat) and gaining muscle at the same time....this product does have 75g of sugar however it is taken after a high intensity lifting exercise after witch your muscles are starved this means most of the absorption of insulin wil be going to the muscle cells not the fat cells... btw the 10lb gains people claim are in no way completly lean muscle mass it is extra water wait witch has been pulled into the muscle i would say that the 1/5 might be lean body mass... "

" ... i used this, and my strength levels went way up for instants, my reverse bicep curls went up 20 pounds on a db,which is a hard exercise to go up on considering the amount of difficulty to go up alot on this exercise,and i went from 90 pounds to 140 pounds on my bb bicep curl,my close grip bench press went up 60 pounds,and my delts ain"t naturally strong, but cell tech, took my shoulders and gave them more strength then i expected,wow, my dead lifts are up so much, that i have a christmas tree effect on my lower back just one month of use, and my incline db presses went up 20 pounds on db, each side, which makes 40 if u add both sides,in a month by the way!i went from decline ab crunches using 20 pounds to using 72 lb db"s in one month, infact my whole core section is stronger,my clean presses went up 50 pounds in one work out with this stuff. thats impressive, i notice a difference in my calf muscles, because if it., all of this in one month of use. try it. wow! "
