I stood on the scale and weighed 8 lbs. more than I'd weighed the day before. (!!!) After a bunch more fiber/natural foods and another handful of the pills, at lunch time today, I could no longer fasten even my "fat" pants and my stomach was extremely tight and sore. I've "put on" four more pounds since this morning and despite cramping and a very strong urge to go to the bathroom, I can't seem to go. I'm not taking any more of these, and I wouldn't recommend them. "

Is that everyone seems to be wanting fast results. & is should be by the 7 final day. When we eat we dont digest in till 48 to 72 hours & depending of what we eat. If your a meat eater you wont digest in till 72 hours. just think and do the math. now, when we go to the bathroom , that stool is from maybe months or days. Is not what you just eat yesterday or last night. So, if you see something in your stool it was probably from days or months ago. This is why is so important to do detox our body's. I detox with teas but, i willing to try this new product. & I think it will work becasue of the main ingridients i already take as in teas or pills as vitamins. & when you take pills is highly recommended to drink water. more than 8 glass. of water. for stool to move it needs fiber so eat lots of fiber and water. yes, when you detox your body you do get cramps thats the stool make in the move to be out of your body. is a good thing. just like if you sweat. & for the person that gain 8 pounds that was the water weight because you drank 40 oz. now, what you need to do was to either walk or to yoga. i bet you would of gone to the bathroom in seconds. rememeber, just like the toilet if you don't flush the toilet how is the stool going to down the tubs. or you can do this from your right side to left side of your stomach. place you right hand on your stomach on the right side and do a cirlce clock wise from starting from the right to left as circle motion and put just a little pressure and do this about 5 to 7 times, while standing up. & trust me , you will go to the bathroom. & the darker the stool is the old it was. so , imagen. drinks lots of water and eat fiber. cereal, green apples, ect. good luck, and i will get back to you guys. when i start the pills on monday. I just spent the last half hour double over on my floor in horrible pain and I'm not exaggerating when I say that I was unsure whether or not I should call someone to take me to the hospital or to wait it out. The pain has subsided enough to sit at my computer to see if anyone else has had the same experience. The only thing I was able to during the attack that may or may not have helped was to drink 2 glasses of water. I tried to go to the bathroom thinking it might be gas or something, but I couldn't do anything and ended up retreating back to my floor. I'm not sure if I will take tomorrow mornings dose, I guess it really depends on how I feel. I cannot stress enough how painful and scary these cramps were. I have used Muscletechs products since 1996 while I was stationed in Japan, and have had great results and established a very trusting relationship with their product line. I thought that I would give this one a try and I can't say I had great results. I had to stop taking it because of unholy abdominal pain around my appendix area.
At first I thought it was bad gas or something so I waited it out that day 6/4/09. It was around 5 and half to 6 hours later that I had to give in and see a doc to be safe. She did not know what it was so she took a urine sample as well as a blood sample to see what was wrong with me. The appendix testing showed that I was ok and it wasn't that.
I followed the guide and recommendations on the bottle to a T as with all other products and supplements that I use. I did not deviate from it I do like to have results! I have read about the two ingredients Senna and Cascara causing serious abdominal pain and that's exactly what I had.
I think those two items are what really hurt me and I wish that I could have finished this product. The pain however, was not worth it. I would recommend this if you can process the stuff fully but if you can't and the Senna or Cascara is not your friend, stand by for some abdominal pain that may last for hours (Matt I know how you feel).
For those who had good to great results, I wish I could join you but unfortunately, I am in the ten percent that it doesn’t work for.
Take from this post what you can. Just follow the guidelines and get ready to pound water if you don't already. I think this product for the most part works for the majority or the users who take it.

I spent two hours in the bathroom at work today, I just kept running back and forth. I was in so much pain, I was considering having someone call me an ambulance. On top of that I had diarrhea and a 2 hour commute home. I went to the drugstore to buy some chewable Immodium AD (it was a miracle in an of itself that I was able to make it to the drugstore). I ended up skipping public transportation which costs $2 and took a cab home which cost $90 just so I could stop at a bathroom if I needed it. My advice is if your going to take this product and don't mind going through what I and others went through, start on a weekend and take a few days off during the week. You will want to be in the comfort of your own home when you are cr*pping your brains out. "

Dianne's answer .. It comes with a recommended diet/exercise booklet. Just think "clean" as much as you can. YOu don't want to counteract the purpose of this product, which is to cleanse. Today is day 2 for me. I have a bit of a headache, but I also dropped all caffeine this week, so every day I have had one about noon. I'm not holding any liquid, peeing a lot! lol, but stools are not too noticable yet. Mild sensation in stomach area, I assume is the movement. Nothing painful. I actually already have a little more energy. I will keep posting each day. I agree so much with those who post about detoxing. Your body is going to go through a process. You have to understand the ingredients in this product You have fiber in the form of psyllium and others which is just like mucil, liver support herbs, pro biotics which is beneficial bacteria, and some mild laxative herbs like senna and cascara. If your cramping that is most likely because to begin with you have a slow digestive system based on your diet. If your not used to fiber start with a lower dosage for 2-3 days until your initial pass than increase to full dosage. I noticed that like other people here these pills do not dissolve well. I highly suggest you crushed them than take them with a large amount of water. Regardless make sure you are drinking the recommended amount of daily water.
I like this products ingredients but I do not like the caplet design, that is the reason why most cleanser have the herbal ingredients in a capsule and the fiber ingredients in a drink powder form. "

I responded to one's comments, but wanted to add that Colon Cleanse was recommended to me to take along with it. Maybe not full dose only 1 tablet 3 times a day, but it will ease the colon and help with the cramping from the build up. If I start Cramping more, I will add another dose of colon cleanse and keep drinking water regularly. Dianne's answer .. Day 3 felt a bit gassy, bloated still and a bit constipated, feeling. NO cramping or any symptoms of any kind. Day 4. Good energy, less bloated. Mild eliminating. Appetite a bit surpressed, or maybe I'm just more aware of what I should NOT be eating while cleansing. No symptoms. Sleeping is full of many weird dreams, which is unusual for me. Feel pretty normal.
