" ... Yep, here we go another hydroxycut product, that's what I thought too. But this one promised to be geared towards the hardcore athlete looking for serious fat loss results.. so I jumped on the bandwagon and gave it a go. Well holy $h!t, this was insane! Since I've started with hardcore I've had the best results out of any hydroxycut products, ever! In the first week I lost 8 pounds (yes some water not all fat) but that's sick! After 10 weeks I lost 23 pounds, 4 inches off my waist. I finally have veins showing up. If I seem excited it's because I was so tired of the hype ads that never delivered, however this one did. I stocked up with 25 bottles, yes I know I am nuts. But I doubt I'll use anything else, and why should I? "

This product works wonders. Big warning for newbies though, follow directions or else you'll feel nauseated but hyper at the same time. Having experienced this i am ashamed to say that this caused me fist fights at a local club.

" ... I'm giving it a 3 star as I just started 4 days ago. My heart did feel a little funny at first but its fine now. My heart is in pretty good shape anyway. So who knows maybe if I was out of shape, not used to doing any heart strengthening workouts, I might have issues? I've taken fat burners before and would crash. So far I have had no crashes which is good. I am concerned about getting any acne tho, but we'll see.
I was able to get up this morning to do some workouts which I know will make a big difference. My usual workouts are after work but I had to stop walking to/fro work so that extra exercise in the morning should even it out. If HH does nothing else, at least it'll do that for me. And no coffee doesn't work, I get a longer sustained high with no crash so far.
I eat pretty healthy and I'm used to drinking tons of water, I exercise 5 days a week. I'm taking HH just to get rid of those stubborn parts and its helped w/ cravings that sometimes trip me up.
Oh & as someone else pointed out, my libido defo went up. I just hope I don't get addicted. I usually don't tho.
For rynorod32, for me lifting weights & lifting heavy 3 times a week burns more fat than when I just do running, sounds like you are finding that out. There are loads of articles out there (check T-Nation) that support this. "
