" ... I didn't think it'd take too long before the new versions came out, really glad too because I am running out of my original stash of hydroxycut hardcore. I think these products are safe for 99.9999% of the people out there.. there will ALWAYS be a case or two where some reacts to an ingredients.

Hydroxy Cuts is in my opinion the best fat burner out there.. and it's a shame that 1-2 cases in the past decade that had some issues, that were most likely from pre-disposed condition (people who don't read labels and use the supplement even after they are warned) had to tarnish the image.

Sorry for the rant.. just tired of these baseless attacks on SAFE supplements when they are FOLLOWED as PRESCRIBED on the label.. the thing with ephedrine really ticked me off..

" ... Should be better than the original. The reason they got it out so quick was because they had been planning one revamping the whole hydroxycut line prior to the fda warning. I'm a gnc employee and we had a meeting with Muscletech back in late feb and they told us then that they were in the process of reformulating it. My guess is then it would have to be better, why else would they change what was already the number 1 selling fat burner. "

" ... I enjoy reading these reviews so want to give you mine. I've been working out since 12 years old and am now 29. Always tried to pack on mass and am now starting to focus more on cutting up. On the new X version for 2 days and so far I'm doing well. I don't like fat burners with heavy stimulants that give you jitters. So far with 1 cap in AM and 1 cap before workouts, I feel a heat sensation, spike in energy, not too overboard and feel this product should work. I am sensitive to caffine so I will not take more than 2 per day but this should be good. The capsules look similar to the old version, hope MuscleTech didn't recycle products, lol... "

Will be writing a full review after I start with it.. but basing my rating now on the previous hydroxcut results and muscletech on the whole.

Can't say that I have lost too much, scale says 2lbs which is probably water weight but as far as energy it's excellent and no crashes or jitters. Virtually zero side-effects to speak of. I am on a mission over the next couple of months to shed 30lbs.. and hydroxycut hardcore x will be the only supplement I will use, along with my diet and fitness plans.

I've been using it as directs, 3 pills 2x a day. I noticed that I need to drink a lot of water during the day with it otherwise I feel a bit nauseous. Otherwise, it's working pretty well for me - almost a full month in and I've managed to knock of about 17lbs of fat according to the tests they do at my gym.
david 's answer .. is it safe the old hydroxycut didnt work as plann many people were having liver problems just want to know it its safe

it actually wasn't "Many" people.. it was I believe 4 people that were in the case and that is over what.. 10+ years and millions of people that have used it? So odds are better for you to win the lotto jackpot! Seriously, the people that had "issues" could have easily have had pre-existing problems, have followed the directions incorrectly, wanted to file a suit to make some $, any number of reasons.
I've used the original version and just recently switched to the new one and have always had good results without ANY side-effects.

I would say it's most important to stay committed to it. There will be harder days then some but making it through those days is where the success will come along with the rewards. It's highly a mental challenge more than anything, you've got to have your goal in mind and never quit.
I'd suggest you drink plenty of liquids with this product as well as others have mentioned. Also keep your diet as clean as you can with maybe 2-3 cheat meals throughout the weeks. Stick to 5-6 small meals throughout the day, lowering your carb intake in the evening. Also stay active.. the gym, cardio, walking instead of driving etc.
Best of luck and keep up the blog - it's a good way to stay involved. "

bin drinkin alot of fluid mostly water. Not touched a soda since i started. You meantioned cheat meals, well i dont intend on cheating im going to stay clean. Im more then active I train every weekday and i also walk everywhere.
I think just reading all these comments on here helped me out alot and im glad i came across this site.

" ... Extremely pleased with the results from this product, much better results than I was honestly expecting.
After about 5 weeks with Hydroxycut X, I have managed to drop 14lbs of fat (I get myself tested at the gym weekly so I know it's not water weight) I have also added 1.5lbs of muscle at the same time. I have not changed anything in regards to my diet or training, so I know 100% it was the addition of this product.
I am aiming for 40lbs before next summer, so I am about a third of the way there and I have no doubt I will get there - NONE!
