Just make sure you use it when your working out and not sore, be rested before you try it, dont go use just bc you have it and force yourself to overtrain, because i did and i didnt feel anything until my 2nd dose when i was fully recovered and rested....Best supplement ive evr had and ive tryed NO2,NITRIX, NOXplode, HOrse Power.... "

" ... OK so i'll be the first one to say that I wasn't sure about this product. It's a MT product and we all know that they have a GREAT marketing team. After trying NitroTech Hardcore and gaining 20lbs in 1 1/2 months I thought "OK, let's try another MT product and see if they can live up to there track recore!". So I spent the $60 and gave it a try. During the first workout I thought maybe it was just all in my head. The difference was amazing. I had so MUCH MORE energy during my workout. I felt unstopable. I just kept adding more weight. The second workout came around and the same feeling was there. After a few weeks of tracking my progress I noticed that ALL of my sets were going up about 10 lbs FAITHFULLY every week. I was amazazed. I didn't have that lathargic feeling the next day after intense workouts. I finished my first bottle about 3 weeks ago and I didn't get a refill. I noticed instantly that my workouts weren't as intense anymore, my gains have slowed down, and every morning after a BIG workout.....I feel re...a...ll....y slugish. I went to GNC yesterday and picked up another bottle. Like I said I'll be the first to say I'm not sure about a product. If you can find one that's cheeper and does the same thing, by all means save half the price. I'm seriously excited about starting my second bottle. Feb 19th I was benching sets of 150. By the end of March I was doing sets of 200. This is all just my 2 cents. But it's woth a million. I'm not some MT marketing guy posting the HYPE. " ... the day b4 i started this i was doing bench of 4 sets of 10 of 145lbs...i started in last monday and and i worked out yesterday and just wanted to put a lil bit more weight on it and only do 5 reps each...i did 175 5 times 185 5 times 185 again 7 times and 190 8 times...so..i did kind of a burnout on the last 2 sets..and i couldve done 190 10 times but i didn't because i didn't wanna wear myself out to much, because that was my first exercise..so i had to do like 45 minutes more of working out...so i say its working pretty good...we'll see how it is when i finish the bottle "

NO Muscletech products are not overrated. Muscletech supplements give me results - sure you pay for them but every single product they have delivers results - quick and lasting. I'm so tired of everyone blaming their own personal failure in the gym because of supplements. PEOPLE, you need to TRAIN and EAY 5-6 HEALTHY MEALS a day to achieve a great physique. Just because you take a supplement and you don't look dramatically different in a few weeks don't blame the supplement.. blame yourself! "

" ... This being my first NO supplement I've ever used, I thought it did pretty much what it said on the bottle. For me, it took only about 10 seconds to kick in, and I felt more focused and was able to do more reps with little or no recovery between sets, not to mention the feeling like my veins were going to pop out of my skin! After a couple weeks of using this, though, I had to up my dosage to get the same feeling. Eventually I went on to NO Shotgun and got an incredible pump like NaNO, but with more focus and intensity, and so far I've not grown tolerant of it yet. As a stand alone NO product, NaNO x9 is good but expensive. If you're looking for a good pre-workout supplement though, I truly suggest trying NO Shotgun. It gives you more of an anabolic edge, plus it's cheaper and more convenient to use versus downing 4 huge NaNO x9 caplets before workout! "

I took it (4 capsules) when i first woke up and on 3 different occasions it just made my skin on my arms and neck feel like it was sunburned and had read splotches. However, that has never happened when I have taken it before a workout and i attribute it to not having ate when i took it and only weighing 150 pounds. I do like the pumps it gives me. "
