" ... What are YOU (fake lifter) talking about? Did you even use this product? If you are so worried about taste then stick with pudding and cookies. If you're looking for results, DOWN it, TRAIN hard and EAT plenty. This is what results are all about, and aftershock is the key for post-workout recovery - you only get that 20-30 minute anabolic windown after your workout and you need to feed your muscles for repair and growth.

" ... I didn't realize how great this product was until I stopped taking it and my body started to hurt after every workout. Before I got on it my shoulders were constantly sore and holding me back from making gains. By the end of my cycle I was never sore and making great gains. I would recommend this to anyone who wants an amazing post workout supplement that helps you recover faster so you can work harder sooner. "
