I try to switch my protein shakes from here and there to try out the new brands and flavors, but since I've tried myoplex deluxe, there was no need to try anything else. Nutritionally, it has everything I need in abundance and the taste.. well de-li-cous! "

Try to get in 1-2 or 3 of these a day, all depends how many meals you can squeeze in each day to meet your daily protein, carbohydrate and essential fats requirements to meet your specific goals. Personally, I love myoplex shakes. "
